Amazing session! Highly recommend
5.0

I saw Chantel for relationship coaching. She was extremely knowledgable about relationship dynamics and helped me to unpack my triggers and gave me tools to work through these triggers. I have booked 3 more sessions. Highly recommend her services and expertise!

Amazing and Fulfilling Weekend Retreat
5.0

I am so Grateful that I invested in myself in a weekend retreat and found out “Who I am “and “What I Want “in life. Thank You for helping me Break the Life Long Chains that held me back for years that were making me tired and weighing me down. During this Powerful Retreat I found out “Who I am “and “My Purpose. I claimed back My Life and Found out “What My Soul Contract is “. I finally have a New Beginning. I have been set FREE from – Painful Life Events, I have Healed and Found MY FREEDOM from trauma and I have LET GO! I am strong in My Faith to deal with grief and – LOSS OF My Leg – My Physical Business, My Son, and My Beloved Husband. A very Special Thanks to Chante, Vicki, Tahilia who held my hand in a safe, wheelchair friendly space and showed me how to unpack my burdens, face my fears and taught me how to reclaim my power. Grant Thank You for everything behind the scenes and the sweat lodge and facilitating the visualization of the Northern Lights. This journey was 1 of many highlights of this incredible experience. My Favorite lesson this weekend was as a Group “Nobody gets Left Behind”. Blessings.

Grateful Experience, Yet at peace now
5.0

Good day, I have known Chantel for the past 8 years and I have become very fond of her, she has taken me into a new world of myself to learn about myself in a whole different experience that I have gotten introduced too. I will never forget the day I met Chantel which I was in a complete mess, No direction, no goals and mindset for anything in life. I was living a human but walking as a zombie. Confused little girl within me but as a young adult, I have made a life changing decision to let Chantel take over my entire whole being to take control of how I think, act and be! I will be forever grateful to Chantel for giving me completely openly happiness and joy within myself. U need to trust the process and u will reap the benefits later on in life. U gotta do the work, listen attentively and learn to renew yourself and challenges u come across in life. Chantel has a beautiful soul that will drive u crazy and give u so much love is beyond words that can imagine. The best part is her personality, she will make u laugh so much, u might want to cry and probably pee a little. Well the good old days, Give Chantel a call for a life changing experience. ❤️🙏

My Fluid Workshop Experience
5.0

Shanti Mitri entered my life as my life coach two years ago when I sought to overcome some residual negative patterns which still troubled me, despite years of self-developmental work. I’m not an easy person to impress and don’t appreciate orthodoxies, egocentric self-appointed gurus or love-and-light carpet-bombing approaches which disguise toxic positivity as healing. I’ve had my trust betrayed by enough teachers, mentors and people. That left me with a highly individualistic and isolated approach to my spiritual development, and more than a little critical and downright cynical.   That is just to say, I’m not easy to impress or pander to, and I value results-driven, no-bullshit approaches.   I didn’t know what to expect from the mysterious Shanti, but I quickly learned that she is profoundly attuned, switched-on, perceptive, kind and genuinely committed to the quest of helping others attain their personal power. She is a total spiritual badass, not scared to challenge and push you beyond your comfort zone, but always strictly within the limit of one’s consent. She will push you but, if you are really committed to the process, you will not be left behind. Her integrity to her practice is paramount and she walks her talk.   So, when she presented me with the opportunity to attend her Fluid workshop, I jumped on-board, intrigued and a little giddy with anticipation of the unknown.   Fluid is designed to identify the trauma sites of your psyche and the self-limiting beliefs and subsequent behaviour patterns which keep one limited and stuck in disempowering cycles.     Magic is the use of words to shape reality; and, when people cast words at us which we internalise, then allow to affect our behaviour in unhealthy ways, they have successfully cast a spell on us. A curse reinforced every time its allowed. During Fluid, you identify the source of the sorcery, as Shanti would say, and are given the opportunity to break the pattern. When you do, you are given a breathing space between stimulus and response, a space to observe your own triggers. A space in which you can act, instead of react from the negative programming embedded in your limited, wounded ego narrative. You’re freed to act in newer, better ways not dictated by old patterns, free from the limiting cycles, free to make new choices, which is to say, free to be fluid.   The work involves breath and energy work, and group-work designed to strengthen your intuition (which ultimately helps you see through your own BS when looking at yourself). But the backbone of the workshop is inner work through hard-nosed depth psychology and some radical self-honesty. The process makes you vulnerable but your consent is always held sacred and you can abort the process at any time. The intense shadow work and self-confrontation can be intense, and being that vulnerable, especially in a group, requires a lot of humility and surrender, so it’s not for those who are not serious about confronting their blockages. However, I can say that the more you surrender and give to the process, the more you will get out.   And that in essence, is Fluid. You discover what contracts you have with yourself and how to begin fulfilling them to start living in tune with your truest self. And if you don’t know what that self is or looks like, the process will set you on the path to discovering. It’s not for the faint-hearted so be prepared to shed skin and tears and don’t bother if you’re not fully committed to seeing it through. Fluid will not magically fix your life, but it will help set you in the direction of your truest values and equip you to begin excavating your real self from the rough. Whether or not you use it or how much you commit to the process is your journey, but I can say the workshop and Shanti’s loving but fierce approach left a profound impact on me. Since then, I’m striving with ever more awareness and insight to become the author of my life.   Lastly, be aware that bad behaviour risks a caning or paddling from Mistress Kink!
