Fluid Workshop May “23 I began this journey rather apprehensively, having been going through a fair amount of emotional turmoil at the time, so this really seemed like the last thing I needed to add to my “plate”, but I had put it to the universe to send me new adventures so I could not go against my contract with the universe :) This workshop has reignited my inner flame, it gave me the space to take a deep breath and “gather my thoughts” as they say or rather realign myself back on my axis point, that over many years I have allowed myself to be pushed off of. The facilitators are well skilled in handling any thing that a participant throws at them, and held us all in gentle but firm space for the entire weekend, the food was amazing and the company was great. Spending a weekend with like minded people was really refreshing its nice to know there are many more of me doing this work and spreading the message of unconditional love .
